Girona!
As we took a day trip to the city of Girona we had a wonderful day. Our day started with an early wake up. We met to take the bus to the city of Girona! Girona is another city in the northeastern region of Catalonia. It is known for the beautiful midevial architecture. This was actually where Game of Thrones was filmed! We took a two hour bus ride to the town and we were greeted by our tour guide Sylvia. We had been on a tour with Sylvia our first day in Barcelona!
When we first got to Girona I was astonished by the beautiful views of the architecture over the water. While we were there the “Temps de Flors” (the festival of flowers) was happening. This was beautiful to see! The whole town was covered in floral designs.
After our day in the town of Girona, we went to the Dali Museum. We took the bus about an hour drive to this Museum! I enjoyed this museum, it was interesting to see the mind of Dali!
