Hey, my name is Baylee Sigman and I’m a sophomore at Point Park, majoring in Business Management. My minor is Hispanic Studies, which is why I was interested joining this media course and traveling to Spain!
I have never traveled internationally, and I’m so excited to explore Spain and continue to learn about their culture. Our class is staying for three weeks, which gives us plenty of time to visit museums and some historical sites I’ve been learning about for years.
When I’m not in class, I’m also a server in a restaurant in downtown Pittsburgh, called Proper Brick Oven. Because most of my work experience has been with food, I am most looking forward to trying new things from all over the country.
I’m excited to use this blog to document our trip, and to look back on later, so stay tuned for updates from Spain!
