Today was my big day to get my friends and family gifts. I woke up got ready and hit the streets around La Rambla.
An inside “joke” between my dad and I since I was around 16 is that I always steal his t-shirts. How could I not? They are without a doubt the softest and cutest graphic designs I have seen in my life so far. I digress…Crazy enough these T-shirts are all from a company right here in Barcelona called Topographia!
As I walked in I felt right at home my dad could be sponsored by them because as I looked around I realized he had about half of the store’s shirts already. I snagged a couple for him, my brother and of course myself and was on my merry way.
Next up I grabbed my mom the cutest little elephant and squirrel mosaic sculptures. Whenever I travel without her I like to get little animals because she loves them.
After this I went to a jewelry store with my sister in mind. I ended up getting her a dainty purple necklace which is right up her alley. As well as a couple of bracelets for my besties. It makes me so happy that nothing is taxed here and a little bit of a culture shock because the price you see on the tag of items is the price you pay.
After today my pockets are empty but I can not wait to see how everyone likes their gifts!
