Hi Everyone,
The last guest lecture was with Josep Ortega and how he built his company from the ground up. I thought that he was probably the most interesting of the guest lecturers that came to speak with us. His company’s back story and what they’ve accomplished is very impressive and interesting.
I think my favorite thing about his presentation was how he was able to capture everybody’s attention and had a great presence while presenting. He wasn’t hiding behind a desk or talking down to any of us but was engaging with our class and was eager to answer any questions we had. He had a positive attitude and did a great job maintaining the class’s attention once he got it.
Finally, I thought his presentation was well put together and interesting. For every brand that he’s worked with, he had examples of everything they did to improve their websites/brands. Along with explaining everything, in the presentations, there were videos of him scrolling through the website and showing everything he was talking about. The stuff he and his team have created is very unique and cool!
