Printed Pittsburgh is a website dedicated to exploring the literary world through Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh is one of the most special literary hubs in America with tons of independent bookstores, inspiring authors, and a number of literary events. Our goal is to bring PGH to your fingertips with interactive maps, author podcasts, and tons of other resources. 

Printed Pittsburgh was started and is currently run by Kylie Thomas (she/they). Kylie has a B.A. in multimedia with a minor in photography from Point Park University. The web-project was started as the subject of their senior capstone project out of a passion for reading. The capstone is meant to bring together all the multimedia elements she has learned over her time at Point Park. It combines elements of writing, photography, graphic design, web design, audio, and more to put together a cohesive representation of Pittsburgh, a city very close to their heart.
