Towards the back end of our first week, I had the wonderful opportunity to learn how to cook a variety of tapas alongside my friends Jonah and Gavin. Our tapas cooking session began with the preparation of Calamari, a dish that exceeded our expectations. With just squid and flour, we created a crispy and flavorful snack by frying it in oil and adding a touch of lemon and salt.<\/p>\n
The cooking class took place in the middle of the day, prompting me to opt for a lighter dinner to savor the culinary creations from our class. After filling my stomach with the class’s creations, I ventured out to Pla\u00e7a de la Universitat near our apartment, where I noticed skaters casually skating and showing off some of their skills. I couldn’t help but be impressed by their tricks and decided to capture the atmosphere by filming their “skate sesh”.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
