The same group decided to do another bus trip on Day Seven. Max, E, Ash, and I all had to get up early in the morning for a bus trip to the Cliffs of Moher, Doolin, Burren, and Galway. We showed up at 6:50 to get on the bus. Once we got on, we found out that our bus driver, Jonathan, was very energetic. He gave us tips on the area, told us stories, and even later sang for us! He made sure we were having fun on the trip. After about an hour on the bus, we stopped at a gas station, where Ash bought us little strawberry fruit cup treats. They shared them all with us, so this was basically my breakfast, lol. <\/p>\n\n\n

Once we actually made it to the Cliffs of Moher, we had about an hour and a half to experience them. They were very beautiful, and we took our time taking them in. <\/p>\n\n\n

You could also see lots of sheep in the area, which was cool. <\/p>\n\n\n

After we were done with the Cliffs, we looked in the souvenir shops near them. I got a ring for my girlfriend that had a Celtic knot design. Once we left the Cliffs, we were on to Doolin. Doolin is a very small Irish town, with not a whole lot there. But they do have a nice pub called McGann\u2019s which would be where we got our lunch. <\/p>\n\n\n

I got Irish beef stew. This might have been the best thing I\u2019ve had here so far. It was delicious!<\/p>\n\n\n

After Doolin, we would drive to a place called Burren. In Burren is a bunch of interesting rock formations. And along with these rock formations comes a very picturesque spot. <\/p>\n\n\n

So we stopped there for a bit and took some cool pictures. Finally, our last stop would be in Galway. Galway is a very nice Irish city with a lowkey atmosphere. <\/p>\n\n\n

Unfortunately, we would not have much time to spend here, so we just looked around some of the shops. But it was worth it because both E and Max got some books on Irish Folk Lore. We got back on the bus and took a long ride back to Dublin. It was a very good tour! But the night didn\u2019t end there. Max, Jaylen, and I decided we wanted to go to a pub. We stumbled into a pub called Arthur\u2019s and got ourselves some Guinness. And we found out they were having a jazz jam session upstairs that was only $5 for college students. So, we went upstairs to listen to the music. It was great! There were many talented jazz musicians who performed, and the improvisations were fun. We were not expecting to stumble into a jazz club, but we are glad we did, because it was a great way to end the night!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
