Special Guest: Prof. Roderick Flynn And The “Dinosaur” Printing Museum

a Lesson from Dublin City University Professor:

You guess it! another classroom schedule on day three. we started out our morning at the Champlain University where we as a class got to lecture from Professor. Roderick Flynn and got to learn the Media State and Regulation in Ireland and the timeline of the Irish media during the time of obtaining their independent from England.

its was so interesting learning this type of media as Business student learning about the Media, i understood on how its such a important part in any culture, its reflect on how our view on certain type of media is being shown and how as society are about to get informational news through type of form of communication like Radio, Tv, and Newspaper. but you gotta understand how did our great-great grandparents or our parents got inform during a time where cellphone didn’t exist.

The National Print Museum – Beggars Bush Barracks

Now this has to be one of my favorite thing to do when i’m traveling. as a kids, I love going to the museum and my dream goal in life is getting to go and many country as i can. big or small museum, my dream is came true!!! we went to the national print museum.

this is actually one of my favorite activity on this trip, I love seeing the cool machine that was use during the time where print were still being used to get daily mail. I go to enjoy roaming around the area and got to talk with older mens who are volunteer and demostractie on how the machine function. as i was listening to the their story from the good ole day, they mention how they want to train new generation on the machine and how they feel like they are dinosaur, which crack me up!. in overall, i really enjoy this museum and hope to come back soon.
