May 10th: Day Five
Today, the group took the train to the coastal city of Howth. We had a short walk over to the Hurdy Gurdy Museum of Radio, where we split into two groups and took turns going into the museum. There were these two people from Sweden, shooting some B-Roll for a Swedish gameshow, which their next show is being based on Ireland.
There were a lot of interesting types of radios in the museum. There was a coke bottle and picture frame that was disguised to hide the radios. It was interesting to see how many different types of radios were used, and knowing why they were used in Howth during the time.

After the museum, Kira and I went to explore a different museum called the Transportation Museum, which had a bunch of old vehicles like busses, fire trucks, and military tanks/trunks. The guy working the front desk was really sweet, and spent a while talking to me about photography.

After we left that Museum, I met up with Maddie and Ayden, where we went on a boat tour in the bay. It lasted about an hour, and we saw many different wildlife along an island called Irelands Eye, which was named after the Vikings by the British. We were able to witness something very rare, which our skipper said it has only happened once last year and was not as great as this time, which was seeing some puffins sitting out on a rock. I was able to snap a few pictures of them, and excited to go through them and see if any will make the cut!
